How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, non-perishable items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain limited edition items may be final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
What should I do if my glassware arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
